My name is Deanna. I am a wellness coach, master Reiki and energy healer, dental hygienist, wife of 16 years, and mother of three, I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you are constantly caring for everyone else while trying to care for yourself. My greatest gift has always been my ability to truly listen — not just to words, but to emotions, energy, and what is often left unspoken. Through compassionate listening and strong intuition, I help women feel seen, supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

My work is especially focused on women ages 30–60 who are balancing family responsibilities, caregiving, relationships, careers, and the emotional weight that often comes with putting everyone else first. Through years of managing a busy household, supporting family dynamics, or helping patients improve their health one thing has always remained at the center of my work: helping people feel cared for and guided. I’ve developed a deep understanding of stress, emotional wellness, burnout, and the importance of self-care.

As a dental hygienist, I’ve spent years helping people improve their health while building trust through empathy and connection. Today, I combine intuitive wellness coaching, Reiki energy healing, and holistic wellness support—including guidance with Isagenix products—to help women reconnect with themselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where women can pause, breathe, heal, and begin building a more balanced and fulfilling life—without guilt and without feeling alone.
